Receptionist / Greeter

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for a temporary / casual assignment to cover as a Reception / Greeter in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Advantages
Temporary coverage assignment with a reputable company in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Coverage dates: Sept 10 and Sept 30
Reception / Greeter support in the office
Working on-site for a financial company
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30 pm, no weekends



Responsibilities
As a Reception / Greeter your responsibilities will be:
- Answering incoming calls using MS Teams, distribute mail, perform client look-ups
- General reception area coverage and providing front office presence
- Greeting guests who enter the office in a polite and courteous manner
- Offering and making refreshments (offer beverages ie. coffee, water etc.)
- No phone or computer work involved
- Maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications
- Enjoys working in a corporate office setting
- Approachable and accommodating to walk-in traffic
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Requires Business / Professional attire, no jeans or logos
- Polite and enthusiastic attitude
