Role Responsibilities
The Oil Sands Monitoring Branch is seeking a highly qualified Junior Hydrogeologist to contribute to Alberta’s long-term groundwater monitoring, research, and reporting initiatives. This position will enhance the scientific capacity of the OSM Program in hydrogeology, groundwater management, and cumulative effects assessment.
The Junior Hydrogeologist will apply advanced scientific methods to monitor, evaluate, and report on groundwater quality and quantity, supporting evidence-based decision-making for government, industry, and Indigenous communities.
