We are seeking a Senior Design Coordinator to lead the design delivery of a single, high‑profile ICI project delivered within a P3 / alternative delivery environment. This role will be fully dedicated to the successful execution of one project, ensuring design coordination, technical excellence, risk alignment, and clear integration between design intent and construction.
The Senior Design Coordinator will act as the central design authority, working closely with consultants, construction partners, client representatives, and internal stakeholders from early design through construction, with a strong understanding of P3 interfaces, responsibilities, and governance.
