Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job Description
The Operations Coordinator oversees warehouse workflow and outbound and inbound transportation operations in Western Canada, ensuring all activities are processed accurately and on time. This role validates on-time deliveries, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and completes required system updates and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse workflow, ensuring efficient coordination of inbound and outbound transportation operations in Western Canada.
- Validate on-time deliveries and ensure all shipments meet required service levels and timelines.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in warehouse management systems and related tools.
- Manage and monitor inventory control activities to support accurate stock levels and product availability.
- Prepare, review, and maintain required documentation and reports related to transportation, inventory, and warehouse activities.
- Use RF scanners to support order picking, inventory verification, and other warehouse processes as needed.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize daily tasks to manage multiple requests and revisions from various sources.
- Support and facilitate special projects as required by the business, ensuring proper planning, setup, and follow-through.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and leadership to maintain smooth operations across bulk and case-pick areas.
- Apply strong attention to detail to minimize errors in data, documentation, and inventory records.
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment to safety, quality, and operational standards within the facility.

- Experience with inventory, customer service, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and customer focus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Past warehouse experience is an asset.
- Previous experience with inventory control and inventory-related processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with paperwork and documentation related to warehouse and logistics operations.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite for reports, documentation, and communication.
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Comfort working with RF scanning technology in a warehouse environment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a modern warehouse facility with wide aisles dedicated to storage and distribution of consumer products. The operation consists of roughly 70% bulk (full pallet) handling and 30% case-pick activities, supported by RF scanning technology for order picking and inventory tasks. The environment is safety-oriented with an open-door policy, and audit results are displayed in the lunchroom for everyone to review, reinforcing transparency and continuous improvement. The facility is described as super clean and easy-going, contributing to a comfortable day-to-day work setting. The position follows an afternoon shift schedule, Monday to Friday, from 2:30 . to 11:00 . There is no public transit access to the site, so reliable transportation is required. The warehouse team typically includes around 10 staff members per shift, fostering a collaborative, close-knit team environment.
