Warehouse Labourer

POSITION :

Scene Ideas Inc. is looking for a full-time Warehouse Labourer to assist in our busy warehouse. Our ideal candidate is a high-energy, positive and enthusiastic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced business and contribute to a collaborative team environment. This position will predominantly take place in our warehouse but there may be times when working at event job sites is required. This role is suited to a punctuational individual with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and excel in their position.  This roll requires a fit person capable of safely lifting heavy rental objects.  A valid class 4 license with experience driving rental type box / cube trucks is a must.

OBJECTIVE :

To assist as directed in the warehouse or on job sites.

GENERAL DUTIES :

• Assisting with general duties as needed in the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment as needed.
• Safely securing loads and protecting fragile items for shipping.
• Pulling, receiving, and maintaining inventory as required for projects.
• Completing general housekeeping and maintenance duties as needed.
• Completing full and accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Following and maintaining safety standards and procedural guidelines.
• Assisting crews at event job sites as needed.
• Contributing to a positive, professional, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Other duties as assigned.
