On behalf of our Client, Protrans Personnel Services is currently searching for some Yard General Laborer (6 Week Contract) in Atholville NB.
Yard General Laborer:
About the Job:
Hours of Work: 7 am - 4:30 pm
Monday to Friday
or Tuesday to Saturday
37.5 - 40-hour work week (NO part-time available)
Pay Rate is $17.00/hour.
Paid weekly on Fridays via Direct Deposit.
Job Duties:
loading and unloading materials from the trucks
Customer Service, helping customers with general laborer tasks
General labor and maintenance of the yard in between deliveries.
Heavy lifting required (up to 70lbs individually and 150lbs between two people).
Requirements
Must have a clean criminal record
Must have intermediate English comprehension (speaking and reading).
Must have physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70lbs.
Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time (including squatting and kneeling).
Must be okay to work outdoors
CSA approved steel toed boots & work gloves.
Reliability is a must.
