Your opportunity
Reporting to the Building Director, join Stantec as a Building Estimator at one of our offices in Quebec (on-site or hybrid) to participate in our large-scale projects. You'll enjoy a wide variety of work, participating in solutions for buildings (schools, hospitals, CIUSPs, office towers), industrial facilities, airports (all zones), ports, mines, the MTQ, and much more.
Your background:
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role or in one of the main disciplines (mechanical, electrical, or structural) of construction;
Good knowledge of construction estimation software;
Proficiency in Uniformat (an asset);
Agility with customer estimation forms (an asset);
Ability to read plans and specifications;
Design expertise (an asset);
Demonstrate rigor and organization in your work;
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
Proficiency in the Office suite;
Knowledge of English is required to facilitate collaboration with our internal teams outside Quebec or with our clients.
