Forklift Operator – Calgary

Company Overview:
PTW is a trusted industrial and commercial contractor in Calgary, specializing in high-quality welding and fabrication.

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Forklift Operator to help with day-to-day outdoor operations, including the safe and efficient movement of materials, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining an organized yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack products, raw materials, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Inspect forklifts daily and report any mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with a team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must have own transportation as location is not accessible with public transportation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
• Must have CSA approved safety boots.
