Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

• Be passionate about leading a high-performance team and contribute to an inclusive work environment
• Champion the Release Management lifecycle that involves releases planning, release schedule, coordinating between teams, and deployment of our CIAM releases
• Collaborate with key application stakeholders (business clients and internal technology teams) to gather requirements from business units and translate requirements to programmers, developers, and QA testers
• Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Help drive best practices to eliminate waste, increase innovation and create value for the business
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with ability to build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders, technology partners and coworkers
• Participate in all aspects of a project life cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Code, Test, Implementation and Production handover)
• Have knowledge on Authentication and Authorization technology best practices

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

• Degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent
• 5 years’ Business Technical/System Analyst experience
• 3+ years’ experience with System Designs and software development life cycle (SDLC)
• 3+ years’ Agile Scrum experience – demonstrated understanding of Agile concepts, agile estimations and ceremonies
• 3+ years combined experience JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Project, MS office suite or equivalent tools
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines
• Experience in the use of Application Release Automation tools
• Experience of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban
• Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and client relation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Self-motivation to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams
