Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Material Handler to support our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring materials are accurately prepared, tracked, and delivered to production teams for assembly and testing.

This is a hands-on position within a clean, organized, and technology-driven environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize materials and components for kitting to support production and assembly
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure material availability
• Perform order picking, packing, loading, and unloading of materials
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems (., SAP or similar) for real-time tracking
• Identify, monitor, and report inventory shortages or discrepancies
• Store and organize components for assembly, testing, and shipment
• Safely operate a pallet jack to move materials within the warehouse
• Complete accurate documentation and system updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in:
  • Material handling or warehouse work
  • Inventory control and kitting (preferably in electronics or manufacturing)
  • Using SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Experience tracking inventory and communicating updates to production teams
• Strong computer skills and comfort using digital inventory systems
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs
• Experience using RF scanners
• Ability to operate a pallet jack

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an electronics production or manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience (asset; training available in the future)
• Experience with warehouse inventory processes such as picking and stocking
