Job description
We are two families who will be getting our two girls together (approx. 1 year and 1.5 years) in the same house for childcare every day, and are looking for a caregiver to watch them together. We are excited about this arrangement because we feel the girls will benefit from having a friend to play with, will enjoy many of the same activities, and will help keep each other entertained for longer periods of time. We hope their naps will even overlap! ***** What We Can Offer ***** • Full-time, consistent hours (this position starts Tues to Thurs, and will transition to 4 or 5 days a week in June - TBD together with our nanny). You will have a reliable income! • Daytime shifts! Specific times TBD, but start time will be between 7:30am - 8:30am, end time between 4:30pm - 5:30pm. • An organized household with groceries, equipment, toys, activities, and other resources to make a nanny’s job easier! • Engaged parents with intentional values - we are doing our best to raise loving little humans, and we think they're pretty fun. • Chill families that enjoy a relaxed, trusting relationship with our caregiver(s) and believe in open, clear, respectful communication. What we are looking for: • A loving caregiver who has experience with young toddlers and lots of patience for those 'learning' moments. • Help prepping a healthy dinner each day (meal plan and groceries provided) • Basic housekeeping (basic tidying, swap a load of laundry for us, or sweep the floor.
