Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto ( Yonge St, Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Design and implement testing plans for products
. Ability to manage and execute complex test scenarios
. Responsible for the creation of testing artifacts including but not limited to test cases, test scripts, test conditions, and expected test results.
. Responsible for mapping of test cases to business requirements and functional designs.
. Creating and reviewing testing deliverables.
. Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
. Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
. Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
. Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
. Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
. Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration).
. Selenium and Rest Assured are must have
. Possesses a minimum of 7-8 years of QA experience.
. Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
. Good understanding of testing methodologies and testing processes.
. Understands software development life cycle process and various testing techniques including a proficiency in system testing.
. Good documentation and communication skills.
. Familiar with testing tools such as HP products.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
