This position is with one of our clients in USA , who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Location: Montreal, Canada(Onsite)

Project Administration:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track project deliverables and milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action items.
  • Manage project files and ensure proper organization and accessibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.

Logistics and Resource Management:

  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
  • Assist in the procurement of necessary resources.
  • Track and manage project expenses.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Distribute project information and updates to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
  • Track and manage project changes.

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
