Join our team as a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem‑solving and delivering exceptional customer service all from the comfort of home.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
