• Provide 24/7 level 1 support for the application

• Providing application monitoring
• Support top-level and patch tickets without development in accordance with SLAs
• Diagnosing disorders occurring in production
• Referral to the necessary interfaces (backends)
• Follow-up of files and analysis of recurring cases for improvement

Job Description :

• Provide 24/7 level 1 support for the application
• Master the concepts and tools of the Agile and DevOps world
• Meet with clients to identify, understand and analyze business needs by anticipating potential business issues.
• Write stories by elaborating the functional and technical aspects required for the development of solutions in a DEV-OPS spirit.
• Respect, support and collaborate with established architectural orientations.
• Review and monitor the operational documentation of the systems.
• Proactively monitor applications to propose improvements and support solutions.
• Assume an advisory role to his/her team and stakeholders on the processes, procedures and working methods in place.
• Develop, perform quality functional and integrated tests in addition to ensuring integrity with other systems if required.
• Participate in the drafting of production release instructions and validate the delivery results.
• Participate in the support of test environments and participate in patches when required.
• Participate in the support of applications in production and coordinate the correction of prioritized anomalies that have been reported.
• Master the processes, procedures and working methods in place and disseminate them.
• Manage and coordinate all activities of the department.
• Ensure the follow-up of timesheets, evaluation of resources and attendance at work of the CLD.
• Manage 24/7 support presence and training for L1 support.
• Manage tasks related to application-specific Sox controls.

Technical Competence

• Knowledge of the IBM core environment (Mainframe).
• Good knowledge of Cobol, Easytrieve, JCL.
• Knowledge of CICS and VSAM, MQ.
• Knowledge of Atlassian, ITSM, MS Office, Xmatters tools.
• Deal with incidents in the different categories.
• Experience in multi-platform environments.

• Implement improvements (software and hardware updates) to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Be responsible for day-to-day system operations, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance.
