We are seeking a calibration and maintenance technician to join our technical support department at AJW Group, a world-leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, repair and lease of aircraft spare parts. AJW Technique is a state-of-the-art MRO facility in Montreal with over 150 technicians.

The primary responsibilities of the Calibration and Maintenance Technician include overseeing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, restoration, repair, and modification of industrial equipment. They may calibrate tools and equipment as needed.

Main responsibilities / Principales responsabilités
- Participate in the inspection, diagnosis, and calibration of equipment.
- Repair machines when they break down (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical).
- Perform improvement work on systems and produce maintenance reports.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
- Provide technical support to managers in planning, construction, and to external professionals and maintenance staff.
- Participate in equipment modifications and the installation of new production machines.
- Carry out general building maintenance tasks as required.

Exigences du poste / Job Requirements
- DEP or DEC in electronics, electricity, calibration, metrology, or related field.
- Clear written and verbal communication; bilingualism (French and English) required to communicate with various stakeholders.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Computer skills (MS Office) and/or an operations management system (ERP).
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload according to company objectives and priorities.
- Production-oriented with ability to follow policies and procedures to meet job requirements.
- Team spirit and collaborative attitude for process improvement and problem solving.
