Inside Sales Representative

Salary :

As a key support to clients and the outside sales team, you’ll manage the sales cycle from quote to delivery, offering tailored solutions to meet technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries (phone, email, counter) with professionalism
• Recommend solutions in hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on deliveries
• Build long-term relationships through proactive communication
• Work closely with outside sales to identify new opportunities
• Monitor inventory and suggest alternatives when needed
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and attend training as required

Skills and qualifications :

Profile Sought:

• Experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably industrial/technical
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or power transmission (strong asset)
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Team spirit and reliability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (French/English) required depending on clientele
