We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Proposal Coordinator. In this role, you will support the preparation and submission of proposals and bids in response to client requests and invitations to tender. Working closely with the entire Business Development team and cross-functional internal teams, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality documentation that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to gather information and materials for proposals.
- Support the creation of proposal outlines, templates, and schedules under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct basic research to gather data on market trends, competitor analysis, and client insights to enhance proposal content.
- Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client requirements.
- Help maintain a centralized database or library of proposal materials, including templates, case studies, and past proposals.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and collateral for client meetings and presentations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and workflows.
- Provide routine updates on Business Development activities and assist with updates to the company CRM system.
What we are looking for:
- Enrolled in or completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Basic organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems or graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
