Overview

Titre du poste : Intervenant spécialisé en pacification et en sécurité (ISPS)

Lieu : Abitibi

Horaire : Quart de jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine (selon les besoins)

La société Services SFT est à la recherche d'intervenant(e)s spécialisé(e)s en pacification et en sécurité (ISPS) pour desservir la région de l'Abitibi. En tant qu'ISPS, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la prévention, la gestion des situations de crise et la sécurité des personnes dans des milieux institutionnels, communautaires ou de soins.

Votre mission principale sera :

  • Assurer la sécurité physique et psychologique des usagers, du personnel et des visiteurs.
  • Intervenir de manière professional et sécuritaire lors de situations de crise ou de comportements agressifs.
  • Appliquer les techniques de désescalade, de pacification et d'intervention physique au besoin, selon les protocoles établis.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes cliniques et multidisciplinaires.
  • Rédiger des rapports d'intervention détaillés.
  • Participer à des rencontres de suivi ou de soutien clinique, au besoin.

Qualifications

  • Formation d'intervenant ISPS complétée (ou l'équivalent reconnu).
  • Expérience en intervention en contexte de crise ou de désorganisation comportementale.
  • Bonne condition physique et capacité à intervenir rapidement en situation d'urgence.
  • Connaissance des approches de pacification et des bonnes pratiques en santé mentale (un atout).
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à garder son calme.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts, incluant les fins de semaine.
  • Expérience dans le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (CIUSSS, centres jeunesse, etc.).
  • Formation en secourisme ou en intervention non violente.
  • Mobilité sur le territoire de l'Abitibi.

  • Taux horaire concurrentiel : 50 $/heure
  • Per diem : 70$/jour travaillé
