Position Summary
We seek remote customer service representatives who provide high-quality support to our clients daily. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining company policies and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven customer support or client service experience
- Ability to meet sales and call handling targets
- Strong communication skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal aspects
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office
- At least one year of high-volume call center experience and experience with automatic dialers
- Fluent in English and French (reading, writing, speaking)
- Flexible scheduling and work hours
