Elim Village operates two exceptional aging in place communities for older adults. Our retirement villages are located in Surrey and Chilliwack, B.C., where over 1,000 seniors call Elim Village ‘home’. The Garrison Crossing Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery of resident care for older adults utilizing the nursing processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to regulations and best practices of Community Care and Independent Living (as per legislative regulatory bodies). The LPN must maintain competencies-based skills of knowledge, skill, attitude, and judgment to provide safe care. The LPN also ensures the care reflects and complies with Elim’s overall philosophy of care.
