Generations Toronto is an ambitious new non-profit initiative inspired by the highly successful Generations Calgary project, which has become a model for intergenerational living and care in Canada. Like its Calgary counterpart, Generations Toronto will bring together older adults, families, and children under one roof, combining housing, longterm care, childcare, health services, and vibrant community programming — all rooted in thevalues of inclusion, service, and belonging.
The Toronto campus will feature nearly 400 rental housing units, a 122-bed long-term care home, an early childhood development centre, a primary health care facility, a food commissary producing thousands of culturally appropriate meals daily, and shared spaces for programs and community gatherings.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, operational leader to serve as our inaugural Executive Director. This is an exciting and meaningful opportunity to build organizational foundations and lead a landmark intergenerational campus that will set a new standard for community living in Toronto and ensure excellence in housing, care and community programming.

The base salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $150,000, plus extended benefits.
