Your New Role
We are seeking a driven and adaptable Marketing Manager to lead project marketing, brand management, digital campaigns, event management, and community engagement. This hands-on role requires collaboration across departments and occasional travel to Kelowna to support business needs.
You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for new residential projects, overseeing full lease-up campaigns, and creating high-quality marketing assets such as websites, brochures, signage, and digital content. Acting as a brand steward, you will ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all initiatives, while working with external partners to produce compelling creative materials.
The role also includes leading digital campaigns to drive awareness and engagement, analyzing performance to optimize results, and ensuring all online platforms remain current and engaging. You will plan and execute events such as project launches, community open houses, and promotional activations that showcase UBCPT’s developments. Collaboration with cross functional teams will be central to aligning marketing activities with business objectives.
What Sets You Apart
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, residential development, or community-focused sectors. You are highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong communication skills. You bring a creative sensibility with the ability to oversee design and branding initiatives, as well as hands on experience with event planning and execution.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, email platforms, Yardi Voyager/RentCafe) is expected, along with the ability to analyze and apply insights to optimize performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, bring a flexible and proactive mindset, and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-moving, small team.
