Who We’re Looking For:

What’s In It For You:

• Choice of pay structure: Base + Commission OR Full Commission.
• Warm leads provided, focus on closing, not chasing.
• Monthly contests, awards, and performance-based bonuses.
• Average rep earns ~$106,000.00 +
• Top 50% of reps make an average of $265,000

What You’ll Do:

• Close Sales: Pitch, negotiate, and complete transactions
• Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to your clients
• Handle Objections: Learn, adapt, and grow from challenges
• Use the CRM: Stay organized, follow up effectively, and manage your pipeline
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Earn repeat business from referrals

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of direct sales experience (closing experience preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow your career
• Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a results‑driven environment
• A desire to make an impact and be part of a growing team
• Fluency in French is considered a strong asset
