About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Kickflip and work directly with our Marketing Director, who loves data, lives and breathes SEO, is interested in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and knows how to turn numbers into growth. You will contribute to Kickflip's expansion with a PLG (product-led growth) mindset: content, insights and communications that actually drive adoption.

What you'll do

Analytics & Reporting

• Take charge of marketing analytics: funnel, ARPU, CAC, churn, conversion rates. If it moves, you track it. If it stagnates, you explain why.
• Build dashboards and extract insights to help our Marketing Director make decisions without having to get lost in the details.

SEO, GEO… "Search Everywhere Optimization"

• Lead our SEO strategy: keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, link opportunities.
• Experiment with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and other cutting-edge visibility techniques. In short, adopt a "Search Everywhere Optimization" mindset!
• Monitor performance, adapt quickly, and stay agile in the face of algorithm updates.

Content Writing & Optimization

• Write quality content yourself: blog posts, landing pages and how-to guides.
• Leverage AI Agents and the best tools to optimize and scale quickly. Quality content is king and will remain so. Your role: make it rank and resonate with users.

PLG & Communication Campaigns

• Collaborate with product and support teams to design engaging communication campaigns, both in-product and post-signup.
• Examples: onboarding campaigns, feature announcements, success stories.
• Feed our product-led growth loop by turning usage data and customer successes into compelling content.

Other fun tasks

• Bring your ideas, challenge when necessary, and help drive growth creatively.
• And of course... all other tasks inherent to a Marketing Manager position.

• You are comfortable with analytics and SEO.

• You're not afraid of AI: you know how to use it intelligently to optimize your results.
