Life Insurance Specialist – High Net Worth Market

The Client: A well-established wealth management firm seeks a talented Life Insurance Specialistfor their growing company to assist their high net-worth clients with comprehensive insurance planning strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of universal life, whole life insurance and living benefit products. This role requires a good understanding of insurance planning concepts, excellent presentation skills, and a desire to work in the large case market. This job is part of wealth management team and does not require cold prospecting.

The Role:

  • Presenting insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Develop and implement customized insured retirement strategies utilizing whole life and universal life products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve collective success.
  • Keep informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory modifications.
  • Managing the sales process from engagement, discovery, solution, conclusion

As the ideal candidate you possess:

  • A current LLQP
  • Either possess or working towards your CLU or other recognized certification
  • A fundamental understanding of using life insurance for estate planning purposes
  • A fundamental understanding of the insured retirement concept
  • Excellent understanding of whole life and universal life insurance product
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • An ability to work independently and in a collaborative nature; everyone participates in the team’s success!

The Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and Certification, our client is offering a competitive compensation plan which includes a base salary, excellent bonus structure, health benefits, and 4 weeks’ vacation.
