Position Overview

As a Senior Product Research Manager in Treatment Model Development, you will be a key player in shaping the future of healthcare. Your role is pivotal in driving the innovation and effectiveness of our healthcare treatment models. This role combines deep research capabilities with strategic insights to develop, refine, pilot, implement and improve treatment models that align with modern healthcare needs and regulatory standards.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in healthcare treatment models, especially related to mental health, primary care, and chronic conditions.
• Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics and hospitals, and industry experts to support research and validation of treatment model innovations.
• Develop evidence-based frameworks for new treatment models, integrating competitive and market research to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Provide thought leadership and expert insights into product strategy, influencing the direction of product, operations, and marketing.
• Ensure all product research and development activities are in compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable treatment model developments and enhancements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing treatment models, proposing and overseeing modifications based on systematic analysis and market feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in primary and secondary research, product development, consulting, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills and rich experiences working with healthcare practitioners and administrators.
• Exceptional capability to present research findings effectively to external partners, stakeholders and senior management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related healthcare or medical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare research or product management, with a strong focus on innovative solutions.
