As the Receptionist, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our global head office located in Vancouver, BC. Your primary duties will center on the administration of the new Vancouver corporate office, with a strong emphasis on creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. Leveraging your administrative expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the daily work experience of your colleagues.
This on-site position is located in Mount Pleasant and operates Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled during standard business operating hours (final working schedule to be determined). The role is expected to work up to hours per week (55 hours biweekly), with some flexibility and variation depending on the successful candidate and office events or operational requirements.
