Our client a well established and fast growing Real Estate Company based in central GTA has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join their organization. Reporting to a Senior Manager, the Senior Accountant will have the following responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of annual tax returns and annual financial statement audits
Monitor and reconcile inter-company accounts
Monitor cash calls and reconcile equity accounts
Preparation of cash flow information
Perform cash projections to effectively manage cash balances
Supervise the billing of asset management, incentive fees, acquisition, disposition and other fees in accordance with the respective agreements
Perform financial analysis and account reconciliations
Special projects

Job Requirements :

Minimum 3 years recent working experience in a Public Accounting firm and capable of preparing financial statements and tax returns

Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial statements

Advanced working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office

Detail oriented, organized and ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking

Strong interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication skills
