TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the most trusted names within the HVAC space in North America. Our client is a manufacturer & distributor and carries one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry. They are in search of a new Project Manager for their Surrey branch.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing his / her respective projects. The position also consists of providing technical support for preparing proposals for submission, processing orders, tracking orders and trouble shooting. Good communication skills, self-motivation, and a desire to learn will be required. Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and the ability to reliably respond in a timely manner.
The are looking at the $75,000 salary range for this position
Key Responsibilities.
- Administer Change Orders and Site Instructions, including generating pricing and supporting documentation.
- Communicate directly with customers or site representatives to clarify or resolve order- related issues
- Address and document any order discrepancies such as shortages, incorrect items, or damaged goods, and file claims when required.
- Monitor order progress and delivery schedules, supplying customers with updated timelines.
- Notify customers when materials arrive and coordinate delivery arrangements as needed.
- Complete project close-out activities, ensuring all invoices are issued and maintenance materials are submitted.
- Prepare quotes for projects not listed on bid platforms, including requests received by email.
- Input quotations with accurate product code mapping
- Participate in hands-on training for internal and external software tools.
- Train team members across the full sales cycle to maintain consistent service standards.
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Stay current with product innovations and software updates through self-study and manufacturer training sessions
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships by communicating clearly and consistently with customer accounts.
- Assist with various customer-facing functions such as open houses, special events, lunches, and related activities.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications
Approximately five years of related experience is idealDemonstrated capability to lead and mentor others.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly self-motivated, inventive, and adaptable.Brings a positive attitude, strong energy, and enthusiasm to the team.Post-secondary education (college or university) is preferred.Professional demeanor and conduct.Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Skilled at managing multiple priorities and organizing time effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Capable of working independently in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.Holds a solid work ethic grounded in integrity and respect for others.What's in it for you?
