We are actively seeking a deckhand to handle cables of various sizes to dock and undock the tug and assisted vessels. He will also be responsible for all tug maintenance operations. He will be called upon to work at our operations in Port-Cartier.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES :
- Participate in the maneuvers on the tugs.
- Ensure the berthing and the departure of the tugs with the help of the cables.
- Maintain accommodations and bridges.
- Position the gangway and ensure the safe transfer of people.
- Connect the ground power (plug and circuit breaker).
- Clean, paint and perform other required work related to the maintenance of the facilities.
- Assist the Chief Engineer in certain tasks.
- Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
