About the Role

Reporting to the Manager Financial Applications Brookfield Renewable is seeking an intermediate professional Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and maintain the ERP and other Financial Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to stakeholders on new requests or incidents related to Financial Applications.
• As part of a team of BSAs support / maintain an ERP and other Financial Applications by performing such functions as application configuration troubleshooting of complex incidents and development of new features.
• Develop hands on knowledge of the ERP and other Financial Applications to investigate issues identify root causes recommend and drive resolutions.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with Business System Owners and End Users to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
• Perform and review system configurations to ensure the configuration of the functional modules align with the designed business processes and perform updates as required.
• Act as the liaison between Finance Operational business units Technology teams and Vendors.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement regarding the financial applications and existing or new business processes.
• Facilitate the collection of business requirements understand analyze and translate them into system requirements configurations and customizations.
• Participate in the collection and presentation of evidence to support the organizations audit cycles.

Knowledge and Experience Required

Note : Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfields identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively. We will reassess the approach on a as needed basis.
