Finance Manager - Vendor Income

Champion Vendor Income, Drive Our Success As a Finance Manager – Vendor Income, you will lead and provide financial and analytical support for effective reporting and processing of Vendor Income, including collections, rebates, allowances, and vendor management programs. This role collaborates closely with leaders across the organization to ensure vendor contracts are viable and with HHSL parameters. Led by the Vice-President, Corporate Finance, this opportunity will suit someone with meticulous attention to detail, strong relationship building skills and advanced finance and accounting experience. • Ensure financial integrity for revenue reconciliation in accordance with contractual programs and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the Vendor Income team to strengthen their capabilities and elevate outcomes.
• Manage business relationships with vendors ensuring obligations are fulfilled and mitigating vendor risk.
• Direct and oversee the data management of Vendor Income disputes and communication.
• Perform all associated period-end accounting, accruals, budgets, and forecasts, as well as comprehensive analysis of actual results.
• Report on Vendor Income to gain insight and provide clarity for actionable results. Build and develop solutions that support the business strategy and critical objectives.
• Collaborate with the Merchandise Leadership team to streamline Vendor Income contracts and agreements for efficiency.
• Support & review Vendor Income contracts to ensure that the contracts are financially viable for the Company and Dealers.
• Support or lead continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects, as required.
