What are your contributions to the team?

MRB Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to resolve

material and structural issues identified during production or in-service.

Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, providing technical guidance and recommendations.

Analyze stress reports, non-conformities, and deviations, proposing effective solutions to maintain airworthiness.

Work closely with DADs to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Structural Analysis : Conduct detailed stress analysis using finite element methods (FEM) and classical hand calculations.

Evaluate structural components, assemblies, and modifications.

Assess fatigue life, static strength, and damage tolerance.

Identify critical areas and propose design improvements.

Technical Documentation : Prepare stress reports, compliance documents, and engineering change requests (ECRs).

Document findings, assumptions, and methodologies.

Maintain accurate records for certification purposes.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance stress analysis tools and methodologies.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.

How to thrive in this role?

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $103,600 to CAD $151,900 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
