Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Support I to join our growing team!
This is an onsite position in the office, 5 days a week.
Location: St-Hyacinthe - 2450 Girouard O
What you will accomplish with us:
Perform various administrative tasks such as shipping documents, equipment and correspondence, entering data, scanning and filing, requisitioning equipment and supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
Copy data from documents or databases using our standardized methods.
Respond to a variety of requests.
Support projects or new initiatives as needed.
What you will bring:
Administrative Technician or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision.
Ability to work as part of a team, positive attitude.
Ability and willingness to learn.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (English/French) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience is required; however, you must be eligible to work in Canada.
