The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to visitors ensuring they have accurate and engaging information about local activities events and attractions. This role requires self-motivation organizational skills and the ability to work independently following the training will include : Provide information to tourists on local activities and events in-person via telephone and through email a friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with the location is fully staffed as scheduled and monitor personal attendance and an adequate supply of brochures and travel literature ensuring all materials are well-organized and up to date. Other administrative duties as computer software such as word processing Canva and spreadsheets for various the tourism website including the calendar of events and creation of new : Strong communication and interpersonal in computer software including word processing and to work independently and make decisions regarding the daily operations of the Visitor enrolled or a recent graduate of post-secondary educationPrevious customer service or tourism-related experience is an now!
