Résumé du poste:
Le représentant du soutien à la clientèle relève directement du responsable du support ou du directeur général. Le support client est responsable de la résolution des problèmes des clients, de la fourniture de formations et de la surveillance des applications destinées aux clients. Il aide les clients avec leurs demandes via des cas de support NetSuite concernant leur équipement de stationnement.
Lieu: Varennes, Québec
Type de poste: Temps plein (40 heures par semaine)
Responsabilités principales:
Communication avec les clients via des cas de support
Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière rapide et efficace
Créer des guides d’utilisation pour les clients à fournir sur demande
Être à l'aise de parler directement aux clients (par téléphone ou Teams) pour clarifier les demandes en cours
Former les clients sur la navigation du logiciel FWO
Configuration de FWO : création de nouvelles entreprises dans la base de données, tous les éléments liés aux détails des projets, commandes, etc.
Désactivation/activation des terminaux dans FWO
Transmettre les questions de support pour les clients ayant des applications mobiles et des systèmes d'application mobile intégrés avec FWO
Communiquer avec divers départements pour finaliser les détails du projet avant l'installation de l'équipement
Obligatoires:
Expérience en soutien à la clientèle et dans les tâches administratives
Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. L'anglais est requis pour communiquer avec les clients, les fournisseurs et le siège social.
Compétences en dactylographie
Capacité à gérer des informations sensibles
Connaissance approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint
Tâches et exigences supplémentaires:
Assister dans la saisie de données, les devis et les commandes pour les demandes des clients
RMA des pièces d'équipement
Aider à la création de SPO pour envoyer un technicien en appel de service
Clôturer les commandes ouvertes pour facturation
