Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary Full-Time Coordinator, Total Rewards to join our dynamic Talent Programs team.
Our Total Rewards team designs and manages programs and practices that reflect and reinforce our commitment to attracting, motivating, and retaining talented, engaged, and productive employees.
In this role, reporting to the Associate Director, Total Rewards, you will provide program support to the team, coordinate activities across the Talent Programs department, ensure adherence to established practices, track deliverables, manage issues, maintain schedules, and prepare status reports. You will also identify and recommend enhancements to existing programs and processes, and provide leadership or support for various projects and initiatives.
