:Relevant du directeur ou du directeur adjoint TI, l’analystepour la solutionGuidewireanalyserales besoins d’affaires en lien avec les solutions informatiques en assurance de dommages, recommanderades orientations technologiques et traduirales exigences en spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées. Il contribueraà résoudre des problématiques opérationnelles impliquant les technologies de l’information, grâce à ses compétences en recherche et en analyse des systèmes.
L’analystesolutionpourra découvrirun environnement comportant de nombreuses intégrations entre systèmes et collaboreraétroitement avec les différentes équipes impliquées dans les projets inscrits au portefeuille de la planification stratégique, notamment ceux liés àGuidewireCloud PolicyCenter.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Traduireles exigences en spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées et encadrer leur réalisation en collaboration avec les analystes développeurs.
Collaboreravec les équipes d’affaires, techniques et fournisseurs pour assurer la cohérence et la compréhension des solutions à mettre en place.
Participerà l’évaluation des efforts, des risques et des dépendances liés aux travaux fonctionnels.
Contribuerà la planification, à la validation et à la mise en production des solutions, incluant la rédaction de la documentation fonctionnelle et des cas d’essais.
Assurerl’arrimage et la cohérence des travaux sous sa responsabilité, dans le respect des normes d’architecture, de qualité et de documentation.
Participeractivement aux cérémonies agiles de l’équipe (modèle Scrum)ainsi qu’aux communautés de pratiqueet aux cérémonies agiles du Train (modèleSAFe).
Fairepreuve d’imputabilité et d’initiative, en s’investissant pleinement dans l’atteinte des objectifs, en mobilisant son autonomie avec rigueur et en agissant de façon proactive pour son développement en phase avec les besoins de l’organisation.
Vos talents et vos qualifications :
Être détenteur d’unBaccalauréaten informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
Cumulerun minimum decinq(5) ansd’expériencedans un rôle d’analyse.
Posséder une certificationGuidewire(atout).
Posséder une connaissancede l’assurancede dommages(atout).
Avoir participéà des projets "d’agilité à l’échelle"tel que SAFE.(atout).
Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ainsi qu’une maîtrisefonctionnelledela langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit,en raison delanature des tâchesou d’interactionsavecdescollègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs decroissance de l’entreprise.
