Master Data Analyst - Informatica MDM

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica MDM Specialist with 5–8 years of experience in Master Data Management across product, supplier, and customer domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and enterprise-level coordination of master data. This role also requires experience working with tools like Informatica MDM, Oracle ERP, and integration solutions such as MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate and coordinate master data management across enterprise-level business domains, as defined by the Business and Master Data Services team.

Identify and gather master data across various major systems and ERP platforms such as Oracle.

Collaborate with data governance councils, data stewards, and analysts to define report requirements, business data definitions, and ensure data quality.

Maintain control processes using workflow management tools to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Oversee change management processes and conduct impact analysis related to data, reports, and applications.

Manage the use of MDM tools including quality control, workflow, and security functions.

Collect and manage master data inputs from departments like Sales, Purchasing, QA, and planning sites.

Support activities including data mapping, modeling, profiling, query and data flow design, data strategy, and governance across multiple platforms.

Analyze data quality and maintain comprehensive master data documentation.

Learn and master the newly implemented Master Data Platform Solution.

Understand business and administrative aspects of Informatica MDM.

Required Qualifications :

5–8 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management.

Proven experience with Informatica MDM focusing on Product, Supplier, and Customer data domains.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Oracle DB and writing SQL queries.

Good communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Experience working with data governance frameworks and enterprise data strategies.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with MuleSoft integration.

Familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle ERP systems

Integration experience with Address Doctor as part of Informatica MDM.

Certifications (if any) :

Informatica MDM certifications (Preferred but not required)
