Job description

Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering personalized customer service.
  • Provide technical support after sales and resolve issues related to products or services (technical support, follow-ups, troubleshooting).
  • Enter orders into the internal system with speed and accuracy.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create and update product documentation (technical sheets, user guides).
  • Manage promotional materials and coordinate their distribution to clients and for events.
  • Occasionally intervene directly on the production floor to resolve issues quickly.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma (DES or equivalent).
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (approx. 70% of clients are English-speaking).
  • Proficient with basic computer tools and office software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
