THE ROLEWorking for an industrial parts distribution company, working under the management of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and developing tactics to promote our complete portfolio of products and services. This position will be responsible for driving increased revenue and pipeline goals through demand generation efforts including omni-channel campaigns, inbound marketing strategies, trade media relations, and overall project management including partnering with sales and marketing on trade show planning and execution. The position will work in cross functional teams with inside and outside sales, customer experience, operations, as well external agencies to ensure all projects and campaigns are creative, measurable, foster brand loyalty, timely, on budget and align with overall corporate objectives.

- Lead and execute multi- channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and tradeshow/event channels.
- Drive demand generation and lead generation initiatives focused on pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Manage campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Track and analyze campaign performance including leads, conversions, opportunities created, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns and marketing activities based on performance data and insights.
- Support inbound marketing initiatives including email marketing, content development, SEO, and marketing automation.
- Partner closely with sales and internal stakeholders to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
- Oversee development of marketing materials and ensure consistency across messaging and branding. Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and related marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing team members.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support marketing strategy and execution.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:Essential
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 9 to 12 years of relevant B2B marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing, SEO, lead nurturing, and content creation
- Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, SEMrush, GA4, Adobe Suite (Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of B2B demand generation, lead generation channels, and partner marketing
- Experience planning and executing multi channel marketing campaigns aligned to business goals, timelines, and budgets
- Strong analytical capability with experience tracking KPIs, interpreting campaign data, and optimizing for pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong copywriting skills across multiple marketing channels
- Experience working closely with internal stakeholders including sales, customer service, and operations, as well as external agencies and vendors
- Experience managing marketing budgets and resource allocation
- Strong communication skills with ability to develop and present marketing plans, reporting, and insights
- Comfortable working in fast paced environments with shifting priorities
- Ability to monitor market trends and competitor activity and translate insights into action
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
- Leadership experience including mentoring or managing junior team members
- Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle

- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technical B2B environments
- Experience in smaller or mid sized organizations with broader generalist marketing responsibilities
