Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day inventory control and receiving functions for the production needs.Ensure smooth operation of stock rooms, including providing guidance to personnel involved in onsite replenishment.Manage the receiving of goods and services across our various sites.Product receipt validation and system receiving.Manage receiving paperwork flow to support the procurement back-order process.Maintain receiving records.Manage receiving information flow to production.Run Bi-Weekly back-order meetings.Stocked Inventory ControlPlant cycle countsManage service provider site sign-in process.Ensure cleanliness and neatness of stock room and workspace.Continuously improve processes to maintain uninterrupted flow of material to production, address and resolve any challenges which might arise in this area.Assist in resolving supplier invoice discrepancies related to receiving issues.Maintains computer inventory control system; monitors inventory; prepares any needed reports and initiates any necessary follow-up action.Assists in managing weekly order status reporting.Provide training to operations on receiving protocols.
