Pay Range: $17.60/hr – $19.36/hr (Base Pay Range)

Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find what they need with a "friends first" mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You assist the team in getting the job done.
• You do the right thing and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You have full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have worked in retail before.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
