Warehouse Administrator
Mississauga, ON $25/hour
Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, once trained will move to 12pm to 8pm shift

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end order processing within Amazon Seller Central, including PO review, pick list creation, ASN preparation, and upload confirmation
• Execute ASN submissions through Walmart Retail Link, ensuring compliance with all receiving requirements
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage shipment scheduling, order entry, and delivery timelines
• Perform SAP-based inventory reconciliation, investigating discrepancies between warehouse and system records
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, packing slip verification, and returns (RAs) management
• Assist with inbound/outbound carrier bookings and appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and inventory logs across systems
Assets / Requirements
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Retail Link is required
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for inventory reconciliation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in supply chain/logistics is an asset
• Must be comfortable with physically active warehouse environment
