Job description

SOMMAIRE DE L'EMPLOI

:

Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable de faire l’enregistrement de clients interne/externe/urgence; faire l’assignation des lits ainsi que de faire la surveillance continue, accueillir et diriger les patients, les clients ou le public; offrir un soutien téléphonique au service et finalement assurer l’impression de différents rapports reliés au service des Admissions.

EXIGENCES :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou d’études générales (GED) plus un programme ou un cours supplémentaire de soutien administratif d’une durée de plus de six mois et jusqu’à un an ou l’équivalent;
  • Formation en terminologie médicale ou l’obtenir selon les échéanciers fixés;
  • Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et des logiciels de bureautique et être en mesure d’en faire l’application;
  • Calme et flexible;
  • Personnalité favorisant de bonnes relations publiques et interpersonnelles;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d'éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
