Assistant Meat Manager

• Receives direct deliveries, stocks and merchandises products
• Assists the Manager supervising, directing, motivating and training staff; in performing administrative duties; and in replacing the Manager during his / her absences
• Receives, prices, stocks, rotates and merchandises products
• Orders a full range of products and assists in taking inventory
• Implements and ensures adherence to Customer Service Policy
• Ensures adherence to Company policies and procedures and government regulations concerning health & safety, sanitation, security, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager
• Support with overall store operations including store opening and closingGeneral Qualifications :
• Customer service driven
• Able to stock merchandise and create displays
• Minimum 2 years' meat cutting / supervisory experience
• Good product knowledge and attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 30 to 50 pounds
• Retail experience considered an asset.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be available to work flexible shifts which may include nights, weekends and holidaysINDMOWork experience : 2-3 years
