This is a high-visibility, influential role where your contributions directly support leadership decision-making and university-wide initiatives.Reporting to the President, you will provide senior-level administrative, project, and communications support while managing relationships across internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners. Your judgement, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex priorities with diplomacy will be key as you coordinate meetings, events, and strategic initiatives. You will be a trusted partner who ensures the President's Office operates seamlessly, enabling the University's leadership to focus on advancing MSVU's goals and impact.Mount Saint Vincent University offers the chance to work in a collaborative, innovative academic environment where your work truly matters.
