Nanny Wanted - Permanent Full Time Flexible Nanny For One 3.5 Year Old Boy (Urgent Hire Sept 2025), Also Looking For Casual Nannies.

Looking for the right Nanny for us to take care of our son, 3.5 years old, on a permanent full time basis with optional overtime and vacation overnight stay. Part-time is also an option, for the right person we are able to be flexible as long as it aligns with my work priorities. I work from home and will be present working from my own office.

For this placement we are looking for someone who is able to be creative and playful, and resourceful in "parenting" skills to be able to integrate neuroscience to provide strategies that align with a child’s brain development when addressing behavior. Light house work and meal prep is desirable but not required. Most important is play and general care.

We have a warm home with plenty of space to spread out and inspirational décor, as well as endless local nature paths for some outdoor time, we cultivate a decent outdoor garden in summertime and spend a lot of time on the snow in the winter. We try to cultivate a low stimulations calm environment, no TV in the house. Non smoking.

Please only reach out if this can be a long term commitment for you, at least a year, possibly longer. And you truly align with the above.

We really need you to be reliable, have your own car and not rely on public transport, please have a few references as well as be open to police check. Have Toddler first-aid and CPR, or we can provide this for you once you start.

At the end of the day it's difficult to put in so many words who will be the right person for us, until we meet and chat and see how you are with our son. We appreciate the Waldorf (Rudolf Steiner) philosophy, as well as other alternative approaches to education / learning.
