  • Guide junior consultants, share technical knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative culture of learning and quality.
  • Partner with senior engineers and specialists across Canada and globally to solve complex surface-water challenges.
  • Plan and interpret surface-water quantity and quality monitoring programs, including streamflow evaluations and field data.
  • Contribute to technical reports, approvals, and recommendations that support resilient infrastructure and responsible environmental decisions.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or equivalent education; a master's degree or higher is an asset.
  • Eight or more years of demonstrated water resources consulting experience, including hydrologic, hydraulic, hydrodynamic, or water-quality modelling.
  • A valid professional engineering designation in Ontario, or active progress toward designation.
  • Experience preparing surface-water baseline and impact assessments, permit and approval deliverables, and water-management designs.
  • Hands-on proficiency with relevant tools such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, PCSWMM, CORMIX, MIKE 3, AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office; GoldSim experience is an asset.
  • Experience analysing and designing stormwater management systems and hydraulic structures; exposure to mine-water management or streamflow monitoring is an asset.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to learn new systems and deliver effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • An unrestricted Ontario Class G driver's licence, a clean driver's abstract, and access to a vehicle.
